Customers may notify CUSTOM3D of any damage or defect within 24 hours from the date of delivery. After your notice of damage (*only manufacturing defect) CUSTOM3D team will contact you regarding the same. if it's confirmed of manufacturing damage, please ship the product you have a complaint about, back to us. The return address and the label will be sent through email, please stick the return label on the box. Visit the nearest India post & ship the product to CUSTOM3D at the given address. Once the product reaches us we manufacture the new product and ship it, That is our promise to you. However, CUSTOM3D reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of stock or production.

Replacement is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages.

The return and replacement will not be valid in cases of damages due to normal wear and tear and negligence on the part handling from the customer.

In case of damaged or incorrect merchandise, CUSTOM3D would ship the correct product upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect merchandise from you. Customers have to bear the return shipment and packaging costs.
