• Customers may notify CUSTOM3D of any damage or defect within 24 hours from the date of delivery. After your notice of damage (*only manufacturing defect) CUSTOM3D team will contact you regarding the same. if it's confirmed of manufacturing damage, please ship the product you have a complaint about, back to us. The return address and the label will be sent through email, please stick the return label on the box. Visit the nearest India post & ship the product to CUSTOM3D at the given address. Once the product reaches us we manufacture the new product and ship it, That is our promise to you. However, CUSTOM3D reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of stock or production.

  Note:

• Replacement is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages.

• The return and replacement will not be valid in cases of damages due to normal wear and tear and negligence on the part handling from the customer.

• The personalized or customized products can not be returned.

• CUSTOM3D does not offer cash refunds, Instead of refunds customers can opt for the following options:

  • Get the equivalent amount coupon code to be used on any future purchase at CUSTOM3D.​​

• In case of damaged or incorrect merchandise, CUSTOM3D would ship the correct product upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect merchandise from you. Customers have to bear the return shipment and packaging costs.​

• The shipping process takes 2-4 days for customized products
• The given delivery date and actual delivery process may veries depends on regions and restrictions
• For the fast shipping process (less then two days) ₹40 extra charges will be applied.(select the opt in checkout process) 

    The cancellation of the order has to be done before the part production order (because the service we provide is on-demand production). The cancellation after the production can not be considered and accepted. To cancel the order you need to fill the cancellation form which will be available in chat or you can select the cancellation button in the profile which will redirect to mail compose, in that you have to mention the order ID and cancellation reason and press the send button.

• Once cancellation accepted the process of refund and crediting of amount to the customers bank account will take 5-7 working days.
