The cancellation of the order has to be done before the part production order (because the service we provide is on-demand production). The cancellation after the production can not be considered and accepted. To cancel the order you need to fill the cancellation form which will be available in chat or you can select the cancellation button in the profile which will redirect to mail compose, in that you have to mention the order ID and cancellation reason and press the send button.

Once cancellation is accepted the process of refund and crediting of the amount to the customer's bank account will take 5-7 working days.
